Watermark Restoration began as a specialized mold remediation company back in 2001. Our employees were trained through the IAQA and the IICRC to follow all of the standard guidelines in the industry as provided by New York State, the Environmental Protection Agency and in recent years, as required by the State of Texas.

Our principle core belief in performing remediation is that the only effective way to remediate a building or home is the systematic, controlled removal of the mold damaged building materials using proper engineering controls to contain the work environment. We do not follow the practice of encapsulation which many of our competition do, but adhere to a strict policy of removal of ALL the mold damaged materials and replacement with new construction building material.

Our attention to detail led many of our customers to ask us if we would perform the rebuild on their home or business, after remediation was successfully completed. This led to what is now a significant part of our company's business today, which is high quality residential remodeling and commercial finish work.
